Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. If an item arrives damaged, please provide photos via email at yanabejeweled@gmail.com within two days of receiving items and we will ship a replacement.

If a customer provides an incorrect address for shipping and the order is returned, the customer is responsible for re-shipping. If the tracking  information provided through the USPS states the package was delivered and you have not received the package, please contact the USPS at 1800-275-8777. We do not issue refunds for delivered packages. If deliver attempts are made through the postal service and the customer doesn't arrange to collect the package and the order is returned to us, the customer will not be refunded for the shipping cost.

Customers are responsible for return shipping cost and re-shipping cost.
