Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final. If an item arrives damaged, please provide photos via email at yanabejeweled@gmail.com within two days of receiving items and we will ship a replacement.

If a customer provides an incorrect address for shipping and the order is returned, the customer is responsible for re-shipping. If the tracking  information provided through the USPS states the package was delivered and you have not received the package, please contact the USPS at 1800-275-8777. We do not issue refunds for delivered packages.

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping cost and re-shipping cost.
