  • RETURN & REFUND POLICY

    All sales are final. If an item arrives damaged, please provide photos via email at yanabejeweled@gmail.com within two days of receiving items and we will ship a replacement.

    If customer provides incorrect address for shipping and the order is returned, the customer is responsible for re-shipping. If the tracking  information provided through the USPS states the package was delivered and you have not received the package, please contact the USPS at 1800-275-8777. We do not issue refunds for delivered packages.

    Please allow 1-2 days for processing and 3-5 business days for shipping unless notified. Orders are shipped through United States Postal Service Monday- Saturday. When shipped customers will receive an email containing the tracking number for the order.
